The role:
- Manages a team of high performing engineers, work scheduled, training needs, employee relationships, individual performance, one to one session, coaching, innovation programme and team motivation
- Leads and owns the maintenance of the Brewing department in line with world class maintenance procedures
- Takes ownership for balancing constant search for new improved ways of working, together with sustained implementation of agreed ways of working
- Ensures effective communication and co-ordination across a wide geographical department with focus on communication between Brewing and the central Maintenance department
- Adheres to Brewing maintenance schedules to meet quality and demand needs and to optimise manpower operation
- Ensures performance meets daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s (e.g., plan attainment, losses, GLY, OAE, LEF, Productivity, energy, utilities etc.) and attend departmental meetings as per MCRS to report corrective actions.
- Actively seeks feedback and monitors progress against plans
- Carries out troubleshooting with team to issue root cause correction, identifies and executes proper process adjustments when required
- Actively and consistently adopts structured target setting and performance management processes
Who we’re looking for:
- Lead the continuity of daily/weekly routine within Brewing Reliability Team.
- Drive and develop communication across the Brewing engineering teams from PTE/SME and Shift Craft.
- Create, develop and own the overhaul strategies within the Brewing department with the engineering team.
- Participate and support in site audits including VPO and BRC.
- Lead MOC process for Brewing Reliability.
- Implement and sustain Brewing maintenance pillar improvements and ways of working.
- Flexible to work shifts if requested
- Coordinate responses to major failures effectively and efficiently and contact suppliers and external stakeholders when necessary
