This is a high-visibility, technology-focused role at the heart of PerfectDraft’s growth. You will take end-to-end ownership of the PerfectDraft website, ensuring it delivers an outstanding consumer experience while supporting our commercial, promotional and brand objectives.
The role:
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day trading, merchandising, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of the PerfectDraft website. The website is a critical part of the consumer journey and a key driver of our commercial performance. You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, CRM, Technology and European e-commerce teams to ensure that our product ranges, promotions and campaigns are translated into compelling and effective online experiences. You will combine strong operational execution with consumer insight and core time to use a continuous improvement mindset.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own daily website trading and merchandising, executing the PerfectDraft promotional plan across the site.
- Manage product listings, promotions and content across homepage, product listing and product display pages.
- Ensure pricing, availability, content and promotional messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
- Champion a consumer-first online experience across kegs, machines, bundles and merchandise, resolving website issues quickly.
- Drive website optimisation and e-commerce improvements using customer, trading and behavioural data to increase conversion and engagement.
- Lead testing and optimisation initiatives from business case through implementation, measurement and performance review.
- Define and report website KPIs, trends and test results, presenting performance, insights and priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Shape the technology and website roadmap, while sharing best practice and scalable solutions with European e-commerce teams.
- Support commercial and promotional planning, advising on online campaign execution, product ranging, promotional mechanics, bundles and placement.
- Collaborate with CRM, Social, Brand and Content teams to create consistent, effective cross-channel consumer journeys.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A general manager mindset, with a willingness to take ownership beyond the immediate responsibilities of the role

- Previous experience in e-commerce trading, digital merchandising, and website management is advantageous but not essential
