The Role:
The Business Development Executive (Buckinghamshire) role partners with Regional and National Wholesalers and Pub Company operators to grow our premium ABI portfolio. The focus is on strengthening existing relationships while proactively winning and developing new business across the territory. This role is field‑based; candidates ideally within Buckinghamshire are required to hold a current UK Driving Licence. We’re looking for a commercially driven relationship builder who can sell with confidence, deliver against KPIs, and ensure best‑in‑class execution of our brands in outlet. You’ll take ownership of your patch, champion our portfolio, and work collaboratively with partners to drive sustainable growth, all while embodying our ten key principles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow distribution, volume, profitability, and brand experience across a portfolio of On‑Trade accounts.
- Own your aligned territory with the autonomy to drive results and leave a lasting impact on share, volume, and commercial performance.
- Retain and grow AB InBev share and sales within Regional & National Wholesale Partners and Pub Companies.
- Develop expertise in the brewing process, beer types, handling, tasting, and serving to elevate brand presence and enhance both customer and consumer experience.
- Take ownership of annual customer planning, promotional evaluation, and territory budgeting.
- Build strong relationships with Regional Sales Managers, key customers, and consumer groups to support business growth.
- Execute call cycles, maintain accurate administrative records, and stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge within the category.
- Connect and collaborate with sales professionals across the wider AB InBev network.
