The Role

As a Budweiser On-Trade Account Manager, this role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio. This role is field-based covering South London - Bromley/Croydon, so a current UK Driving License is required.

Manage accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our impressive portfolio within the Independent Free Trade.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Focus on both account management for existing relationships and winning new accounts.
  • Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets with wholesale partners.
  • Build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver KPI results.
  • Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
  • Differentiating brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
  • Track account performance versus investment and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient and is keen to develop their career with us.
  • Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in beer or similar industry.
  • Ownership - Take your results personally and lead by example.
  • Excellent relationship building with customers, consumers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills as well as commercial acumen.
  • Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial maths.
  • Ability to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • On-trade experience is desirable as is experience of working with premium/super-premium brands.
