The Role: Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for the On-Trade sector? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can lead a team, drive sales growth, and implement commercial strategy? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an On-Trade Field Sales Manager, you will take on a leadership role, managing a high-performing sales team in Midlands. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, expand brand distribution, grow market share, and achieve volume growth targets while developing your own leadership and managerial skills. Additionally, you would contribute to strategic sales projects such as the roll-out of our sales excellence program or the design and launch of our new CRM system.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities, commercial skills and mentor a team of sales professionals, and execute strategic sales initiatives that will strengthen our brand presence. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance while ensuring our commercial strategy is effectively implemented across the region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering leadership development and professional growth.
- Drive sales growth by building strong relationships with key customers, consumer groups, and internal teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and insights to refine sales strategy and execution.
- Expand brand distribution, increase sales volume, and maximize profitability across key partner wholesalers.
- Manage sales budgets effectively to support overall business objectives.
- Execute leadership responsibilities, including overseeing people-focused initiatives and administrative processes.
- Lead the team during the process of change management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring world-class sales execution and brand representation in the market.
