The On-Trade Account Manager will focus on both account management to maximise existing relationships while also winning and developing new accounts. This is a field-based role covering the Essex Region. A current UK Driving Licence is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Focus on both account management for existing relationships and winning new accounts.
- Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.
- Achieve volume and revenue targets with wholesale partners.
- Build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver KPI results.
- Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
- Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
- Track account performance versus investment and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong work ethic, persistence, resilience and eagerness to develop career.
- Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in beer or similar industry.
- Ownership β take results personally and lead by example.
- Excellent relationship building with customers, consumers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Great communication skills and ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
- Negotiation and objection handling skills as well as commercial acumen.
- Confidence in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial maths.
- Ability to manage time and workload to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
- On-trade experience desirable; experience with premium/super-premium brands preferred.
- Field-based role: current UK Driving Licence required.
