This role supports the MBMS Asset Trading Manager in the management of equipment and lease transactions, with an annual value of approximately £5 million. The responsibility involves overseeing regular asset transactions between brewers, managing the data in Excel format, negotiating transactions, and carrying out ad hoc investigations relating to account takeovers when required. The Asset Trading Analyst should be comfortable working independently and able to suggest practical solutions where appropriate. ABI is an office‑based company, with team members working on‑site five days a week. Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and validate monthly/quarterly asset “sweep” reports by cross‑checking internal data sources such as portals and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements within Asset Trading (Must Buy Must Sell).
- Maintain and update asset lists; raise ad hoc MBMS jobs as needed.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Drinks Dispense team, including inbox management and clerical tasks.
- Deliver accurate MBMS reports, including financial tracking and status updates; flag gaps and issues.
- Liaise with third‑party developers for ongoing MBMS portal improvements.
- Support BBG Technicians and junior analysts with MBMS‑related queries and reporting.
- Communicate regularly with Other Brewers, BBG Technicians, and ROM to ensure alignment and provide MBMS training where needed.
- Keep KPI trackers and training materials updated; share updates with stakeholders.
- Manage MBMS inboxes, trackers, and shared folders, ensuring timely updates and escalations.
- Attend regular meetings with the Dispense Operations Lead to align on support needs.
- Assist with projects including digitization, monetization, AI, and application development.
- Perform additional duties as required by the business.
