- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
- To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual
- Answering telephones, check in and checkout of hotel guests
- Dealing with guest queries
- Cleaning of public areas
- Set up or clear down from events and conferences
- To ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night
- Luggage assistance
- Serving Food and Drink to the highest standard to our guests when required
- Support Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles
- Support the Reception by preparing aspects of departure during the night
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid
- All other duties as required
