Role & Responsibilities

  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
  • To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual –
  • Answering telephones, check in and checkout of hotel guests
  • Dealing with guest queries
  • Cleaning of public areas
  • Set up or clear down from events and conferences
  • To ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night
  • Luggage assistance
  • Serving Food and Drink to the highest standard to our guests when required.
  • Support Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles
  • Support the Reception by preparing aspects of departure during the night.
  • To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
  • To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
