Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy.
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual – Answering telephones, check in and checkout of hotel guests.
- Dealing with guest queries.
- Cleaning of public areas.
- Set up or clear down from events and conferences.
- To ensure the safety and security of the building and guests throughout the night.
- Luggage assistance.
- Serving Food and Drink to the highest standard to our guests when required.
- Support Food and Beverage department in aspects of their roles.
- Support the Reception by preparing aspects of departure during the night.
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required.
