- Role & Responsibilities
- To manage the state of repair in the hotel with the support of the team to ensure it meets the highest quality standards
- To ensure that regular maintenance is carried out periodically throughout the hotel to maintain the good standard of repair.
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
- To ensure stock control with the maintenance department
- Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality
- Completion and maintenance of fire log book
- Record keeping of room maintenance
- Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance
- To follow all hotel policies
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required
