- Responsible for preparing and serving our 5‑star breakfasts.
- Monitor and maintain consistent food standards & quality across all areas and during all stages of production.
- Supervise service ensuring presentation of food is compliant with breakfast standards.
- Compliance with food labelling and temperature controls.
- Purchase all food and food‑related products using company nominated suppliers to achieve food‑budgeted cost controls.
- Ensure minimum wastage within the kitchen.
