  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Painting and decorating
  • Pool/spa plant knowledge ideally
  • Grounds and external maintenance experience
  • Fire safety checks & emergency lighting tests
  • Legionella flushing routines
  • Supporting compliance testing
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH
  • Using IT systems as required
  • All other duties as required
