The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and sales. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inbound enquiries and proactively contacting customers to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and enquiries
- Convert enquiries into bookings and sales
- Promote skip hire, grab hire, aggregates and site tipping services
- Follow up quotations and outstanding enquiries
- Contact dormant and existing customers to generate repeat business
- Build relationships with trade, construction and commercial customers
- Process customer orders accurately
- Manage customer emails and sales administration
- Take card payments and assist with account queries
- Liaise with transport planners and operations teams
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
- Support sales campaigns and lead generation activities
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Previous sales, customer service or office experience
- Confident making outbound sales calls
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience in waste management, construction, aggregates or transport is desirable but not essential
