About the Role: We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Proposition Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work across the residential energy markets for Flogas (ROI) and Budget Energy (NI) to develop and launch new products and services, ensuring competitive market positioning. You will collaborate with key internal departments to drive product innovation, optimize tariff databases, and support marketing and sales campaigns aimed at customer retention and acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Smart & Green energy products within ROI & NI markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop new products and services for the ROI and NI residential energy markets. Improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability of tariff databases, products, and key assets. Utilize business insights and research to support retention and win-back campaigns. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to drive proposition development. Effectively communicate new product launches to relevant business teams across Flogas and Budget Energy. Support the development and reporting of partnership offers and campaigns. Maintain up-to-date competitive market research and reporting. Assist in advancing Smart & Green energy products into ROI and NI markets. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by working closely with relevant departments. Contribute to the successful implementation and development of key business projects. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related business discipline, with at least one year of experience in the energy or utility sector. You will be comfortable working with data platforms such as Power BI and Excel, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and have demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams. You should also have a keen analytical mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and data-driven decision-making.
