Working within our call centre, we are seeking experienced customer service agents with an understanding of billing or invoicing to join us on a permanent basis, providing billing assistance to a busy, dynamic and growing department, helping to service our expanding business and customer base.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer interaction, ensuring billing queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the accurate processing of all issues relating to Billing enquiries
  • Manage instances of customer dissatisfaction in line with codes of practice
  • Actively help and assist customers experiencing financial difficulties and provide signposting and support when applicable
  • Carry out administrative duties as directed in managing key process areas within the customer journey (generate and review bills, account reviews, Direct Debit processing)
  • Ensures efficient flow of information between all key teams on the customer facing side of the business
  • To be aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures, and those pertinent to the supply of Electricity in both jurisdictions of Ireland

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years\’ experience in a similar role in energy, telecoms or financial services. Strong experience in customer service/ billing or credit control is essential.

This person must possess a professional phone manner and want their work to have a positive impact. They will have excellent communication skills

with a strong customer focus in their work, and will require Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
