Key Responsibilities
Proactively retain existing customers through inbound and outbound communications channels
Acquire new customers via both inbound and outbound channels
Support customer relocating to new premises, ensuring seamless transitions.
Handle sales administration tasks efficiently and accurately
Maintain a healthy conversion rate of connected calls to successful acquisition/retention.
Meet internal quality standards and customer engagement metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and codes of practice in all sales and marketing activities.
Work independently and manage workload effectively.
Set realistic customer expectations in line with company standards.
Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
Upâselling and crossâselling of products and services
Support wider sales initiatives, including trade shows and promotional events, as needed.
Candidate ProfileWe\âre looking for ambitious individuals with a strong customerâfirst mindset and ideally 1â2 years\â experience in sales and retentions, preferably within the energy, telecoms or similar sectors. While outbound phoneâbased experience is preferred it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with a proactive, goalâoriented approach to customer engagement. Solid IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel is required along with familiarity with digital sales techniques and social selling with a flexible attitude and willingness to support the wide company community.
