We're seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Retentions Advisors to join our team in Derry on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our residential customer base across Northern Ireland through dynamic multi‑channel sales and retention campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively retain existing customers through inbound and outbound communications channels.
- Acquire new customers via both inbound and outbound channels.
- Support customers relocating to new premises, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a healthy conversion rate of connected calls to successful acquisition/retention.
- Meet internal quality standards and customer engagement metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and codes of practice in all sales and marketing activities.
- Work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Set realistic customer expectations in line with company standards.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Up‑selling and cross‑selling of products and services.
- Support wider sales initiatives, including trade shows and promotional events, as needed.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for ambitious individuals with a strong customer‑first mindset and ideally 1‑2 years' experience in sales and retentions, preferably within the energy, telecoms or similar sectors. While outbound phone‑based experience is preferred it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, paired with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach to customer engagement. Solid IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel is required along with familiarity with digital sales techniques and social selling with a flexible attitude and willingness to support the wide company community.
