We're expanding our customer service team to support our continued growth and ensure we maintain the highest standards of support for every customer. Based in our Derry offices, our customer service advisors are the first point of contact for all customer queries, handling interactions via phone, live chat and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.

Candidate Profile
