We’re a locally owned Budget Blinds business serving the coast, and we’re growing. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real income in sales without being stuck behind a desk all day. You’ll be meeting homeowners in their homes, helping them choose window coverings, and closing the sale. We’re not looking for someone with a perfect resume. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

What the job looks like:

  • You’ll run appointments with homeowners (most leads are provided)
  • Help them choose blinds, shades, shutters, etc.
  • Measure, design, and sell the project
  • Follow up and stay organized

About 80% of your appointments are company-generated. The rest is up to you to push your income higher.

Pay:

  • This is a commission-based position.
  • Most people in this role should expect at least $80,000+
  • Top performers can do $120K–$140K+
  • No cap on commissions

If you’re someone who wants control over what you make, this is where that happens.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, generally 9–5
  • Occasional weekend appointments, but not common

A few important things:

  • You will be driving to appointments (reliable vehicle required)
  • This is in-home sales, so you’ll be working directly with customers
  • Ladders are sometimes part of the job, so you need to be comfortable with heights

Experience:

  • Sales or design experience is great, but not required. We’ll train the right person.
