Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial work in compliance with ACRA requirements.
  • Handle and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings.
  • Prepare and process resolutions, BizFile filings, statutory forms, and XBRL.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records.
  • Perform lodgement and submissions with ACRA within stipulated deadlines.
  • Monitor, maintain, and track the routing and status of corporate documentation.
  • Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing corporate administration matters.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Process payments, issue invoices where applicable, and monitor receipts.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, sorting correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist in planning and organizing work scope to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management from time to time.
