Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial work in compliance with ACRA requirements
- Handle and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings
- Prepare and process resolutions, BizFile filings, statutory forms, and XBRL
- Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records
- Perform lodgement and submissions with ACRA within stipulated deadlines
- Monitor, maintain, and track the routing and status of corporate documentation
- Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing corporate administration matters
- Coordinate and provide administrative support between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Process payments, issue invoices where applicable, and monitor receipts
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, sorting correspondence, and document management
- Assist in planning and organizing work scope to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management from time to time
