Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of corporate secretarial work in compliance with ACRA requirements
  • Handle and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate corporate filings
  • Prepare and process resolutions, BizFile filings, statutory forms, and XBRL
  • Maintain and update statutory registers, minutes books, and corporate records
  • Perform lodgement and submissions with ACRA within stipulated deadlines
  • Monitor, maintain, and track the routing and status of corporate documentation
  • Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance, and ongoing corporate administration matters
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support between departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Process payments, issue invoices where applicable, and monitor receipts
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, scanning, sorting correspondence, and document management
  • Assist in planning and organizing work scope to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management from time to time
