Bude Park Primary School in Hull is seeking an Achievement Support Assistant to join our SEND hub provision. The role supports learning, monitors progress and helps pupils with additional needs to access activities in a safe, caring environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to planning, support individual and group learning, and assist with Personal Care and Behaviour plans while promoting independent learning. Fixed-term until Aug 2027, term-time only.
