Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to lead one of our key client accounts. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of always-on social workstreams, influencer activity and larger campaign moments, ensuring everything we deliver is strategically aligned, creatively strong and executed to the highest standard. This role sits at the centre of the account, owning senior client relationships, driving delivery across multiple workstreams and acting as the key bridge between strategy, creative, production and performance. You will also support and mentor more junior team members, helping to raise standards across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary day-to-day contact for your client, building strong, trusted relationships at multiple levels
- Lead and manage always-on (BAU) social and influencer workstreams, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
- Oversee campaign, content series and influencer activations from briefing through to execution
- Own timelines, budgets and resourcing, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with creative, social, influencer and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Ensure all work aligns with platform best practice and delivers against performance objectives
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, approvals and delivery
- Oversee content production and shoots, ensuring all required assets are captured effectively
- Maintain clear and proactive communication across clients and internal teams
- Identify risks early and problem-solve quickly to keep projects on track
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on time and to the expected standard
- Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills and output
- Contribute to improving processes and ways of working across the team
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years experience in an account management role, ideally within a social, influencer or creative agency
- Strong experience across social media and influencer marketing, including managing creator campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, including always-on social and campaign activity
- Experience overseeing content production and working closely with creative and production teams
- Confident client manager, able to build relationships and handle conversations at a senior level
- Experience mentoring or line managing junior team members
- Exceptionally organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and performance drivers
- Commercially aware; understands how social and influencer activity drives business outcomes
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to prioritise effectively
