This role is ideal for a marketer who loves working closely with Sales and Customer Success, enjoys creating high-impact, bottom-of-funnel content, and who can turn customer outcomes into powerful stories that move new opportunities through the pipeline. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across all of Bud’s commercial teams to create content and campaigns, partner with Sales on ABM plays, and showcase the incredible outcomes our customers achieve with Bud.
About Bud Systems: Our SaaS platform, Bud, powers the delivery of funded skills and vocational education across the UK. Founded in 2017 to serve the apprenticeship training market, Bud now manages learning for 90,000 further education learners every day. Our end-to-end platform is used by some of the UK’s largest independent training providers, FE colleges, HE institutions, and employers running apprenticeship programmes – all of whom are committed to improving learner outcomes in post-16 education.
Key Responsibilities
- Bottom-of-Funnel Content & Sales Enablement: Play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team with high-quality assets that improve conversion and build buyer confidence:
- Create pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, templates, and nurture content.
- Build assets that improve conversion, reduce friction, and strengthen our sales narrative.
- Develop persuasive case-study slides and customer impact content.
- Create personalised content and micro-campaigns for priority accounts.
- Support multi-touch account journeys designed to trigger pipeline movement.
- Analyse engagement and help Sales identify new opportunities.
- Work with CS to turn customer success stories into powerful case studies.
- Develop advocacy campaigns and materials that amplify the voice and outcomes of our customers.
- Support customer nurture, cross-sell and expansion campaigns.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Love working at the intersection of Marketing × Sales × Customer Success.
- Have a strong instinct for storytelling and persuasive content.
- Enjoy diving into deals, customers, and data to understand what drives conversion.
- Understand the dynamics of complex SaaS solution selling.
- Are confident writing high-quality sales assets quickly and accurately.
- Are comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders, both within Bud Systems as well as across our customer base.
Experience we’re looking for:
- 3 – 5 years in complex / solution-selling B2B SaaS or 3 – 5 years in the adult skills, further education, or ITP sectors.
- Proven track record producing sales enablement assets and BOFU content that directly support deal cycles (decks, one-pagers, battlecards, nurture flows).
- Experience producing customer-facing stories such as case studies, testimonials and customer impact narratives.
- Experience running or supporting ABM-style campaigns, including personalised messaging and account insights.
- Strong copywriting skills across formats – from value propositions to technical product explainers.
- Strong collaboration experience with Sales, Customer Success and internal SMEs, with the ability to translate insights into targeted campaigns and enablement assets.

- Private healthcare & subsidised dental care plan.
