We are seeking to appoint an excellent Level 1 Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team, who is committed to supporting our children’s education and well-being. This role will involve supporting a wonderful Reception child with special educational needs on a one to one basis while also promoting independence and inclusivity.

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Principal, staff and community of Buckton Fields to provide outstanding learning experiences as part of our growing team. The role will include supporting a child on a one to one basis to complete learning activities, working closely with the class teacher and supporting an inclusive classroom environment. Training will be provided and a commitment to CPD will be expected. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team player who can support our growing school.

Previous experience of supporting children with special educational needs would be advantageous, although not essential.
