We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the UK private education landscape and what families value in a school. You will have experience in admissions, marketing, sales, or school outreach, and you are skilled at building genuine relationships that turn interest into enrolments. You are confident in articulating the unique value of a Buckswood education and enjoy engaging with parents, schools, and local contacts to grow our student community. You know how to identify, nurture, and convert leads, and take satisfaction in seeing your efforts make a real impact on the school. We are seeking someone proactive, personable, and results-driven, who thrives in a role where relationship-building directly contributes to student recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Buckswood's ambassador to prospective families, representing the school with warmth, professionalism, and credibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with primary schools, relocation services, and other key influencers to connect families with Buckswood.
  • Promote the school at open days, education fairs, and events, encouraging families to explore Buckswood as their school of choice.
  • Support marketing campaigns, track leads, and monitor outcomes to grow day student admissions.
  • Encourage referrals from families, staff, and alumni.
  • Raise awareness of Buckswood through targeted communications, local media, and parent networks, highlighting the school's unique offering.

Terms & Working Hours

Part-Time: 3 days per week, with flexibility to include some evenings and weekends for events.

Candidates are invited to submit their CVs to the school and if successful following an initial review will be provided with the full Job Description. Candidates would then be required to submit a full school application form before being shortlisted and invited to an interview. Buckswood School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Criminal Records Bureau now the Disclosure and Barring Service. You must also have the right to work in the UK with appropriate Visa if necessary. If you have spent more than 3 months abroad in the last 5 years you will need to provide a Police check from the country in which you were in.
