We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable and highly motivated individual who is passionate about education and confident representing a values-led school within the local and regional community. You will be a natural relationship-builder, able to connect easily with families, schools and professionals, and communicate the distinctive ethos of Buckswood with authenticity and enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the Admissions and Senior Leadership teams. You will enjoy being visible in the community, attending events, visiting schools and businesses, and creating meaningful partnerships that generate interest in Buckswood as a school of choice for UK day students.

You will have a genuine belief in holistic education and be aligned with Buckswood’s 12 Pillars, acting as a passionate brand ambassador who can confidently articulate what makes the school unique. A background in admissions, education, sales, marketing or community engagement would be advantageous, though attitude, energy and cultural fit are equally important.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is approachable, professional and values-driven, with the initiative to spot opportunities, the resilience to follow leads through, and the warmth to make families feel welcomed and inspired by the Buckswood experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be Buckswood’s face in the local community, connecting with families, schools, and local organisations.
  • Build strong relationships with primary schools, estate agents, and relocation services.
  • Promote Buckswood at events, open days, and community activities.
  • Raise the school’s profile through local media, newsletters, and online parent networks.
  • Support marketing campaigns and track leads to help grow day student admissions.
  • Encourage referrals from families, staff, and alumni.
  • Represent Buckswood at education fairs, networking events, and exhibitions.

Working Hours & Terms:

Part-Time: 3 days per week (with flexibility to attend evening/weekend events)

Base: Field-based, with occasional on-site meetings at Buckswood
