Contract: Fixed Term subject to EHC funding

Grade: £8,007 (TA) + £4,199 (Midday) with SEN Allowance

Work Pattern: Term time + 5 days

Hours: 20 per week – 12 TA & 7 Midday (Mon‑Fri 09:30‑13:30)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Closing Date: Monday 15th June at 12 noon

Interview Date: Friday 19th June 2026

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified teaching assistant to work with a pupil with SEND. The successful candidate will provide support on a one-to-one basis as well as with a group within the classroom setting.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience working closely with pupils with SEND
  • Friendly, caring, hard-working, supportive with high expectations
  • Early Years or Key Stage 1 experience
  • Excellent practitioner able to work in partnership with the class teacher
  • Committed to developing good relationships with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies
