We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team at The Court as a Hospitality Coordinator, based within the Beautiful Buckshaw Retirement Village, Chorley!
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
- £12.52 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- Working on a rota covering 7 days per week, including every other weekend!
The Role:
- To use customer feedback to look at new and improved ways of working.
- To deliver Customer Service training and coaching to the Hospitality Assistants who deliver support services within the Court.
- Ensure quality checks and standards are met throughout the Bistro.
- To respond to customer requests in a timely manner to ensure customer waiting time is kept to a minimum.
- To deliver an enhanced level of customer service to the residents of the Court. To be available to serve customers at the bar and deliver a table service.
- Build and maintain good relationships with residents and their relatives, while adhering strictly to the requirement for confidentiality.
- To identify innovative approaches to test timeliness quality and care aspects of food and beverage service delivery.
