Pay & Hours
- £13.44 per hour + (50p enhancement for nights)
- 22 – 38.5 hours per week
- 12 hour shifts
- Working on a rota covering 7 days per week (alternative weekends)

The Role
We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated Care Support Workers to join our team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care. In this role, you’ll support individuals—many of whom are living with dementia—so empathy, patience, and resilience are key. The work can be challenging at times, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.
You’ll help residents maintain their independence by assisting with daily tasks and meaningful activities tailored to their individual needs. Working closely with a supportive team, you’ll contribute to creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where every person feels valued.
Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll provide full training to help you start your journey with confidence.
