If this sounds like you, we're looking for a dedicated and hard-working Trainee Venue Manager to join our Venue and Events Team. In this unique role, you'll assist the operation of the Students' Union venues, entertainment and events services and Bucks Hire business.
Our Venue consists of a 300 cap Lounge bar and a 700 cap Club Venue, along with multiple external hires on and off site. The Trainee Venue Manager will be given extensive introductory training alongside a structured plan with the objective of the successful candidate progressing through the route to Venue Management.
The role will involve late nights and weekend work and provide excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
