Reports to: Senior Training and Development Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe campus with some travel to other BNU campuses on a needs basis
Pay: £14.24 per hour (including annual leave allowance)
Contract type: 20 hours per week, term time, for 40 weeks (You will be expected to be a student at BNU through the duration of the 26/27 academic year)
An ideal opportunity to develop key career skills as you’re exposed to different operational activities delivered through our Training and Development department.
This is an exciting and varied role where your main responsibilities will be to deliver student facing activities for our members, ensuring accurate records are kept and timely feedback is gathered and reported. You will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Working within the Training and Development team, you will deliver a diverse and fun programme of recreational activities and additional skills workshops, across all campuses, making sure there’s something for everyone. We expect a high level of commitment and a real passion to be part of a dedicated team so you will need to be hardworking, dynamic, and always ready to work with a smile on your face.
In return, we will provide a personal development plan including coaching and access to formal training and accredited qualifications to support your career choice.
