If this sounds like you, we're looking for a dedicated and driven Trainee Duty Manager to join our Commercial Team. In this unique role, you'll be committed to self-development with a keen interest to progress in the hospitality industry through working in all aspects of the Students' Union venues, entertainment and events services, Bucks Hire business and supporting the Union's catering department. The Trainee Duty Manager, with direction from Venue Management, will supervise the daytime operations of the Lounge and support the Catering and Hospitality Manager in the general management of the Kitchen, Brunel Engine Shed and the hospitality service.
