We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Learning Content Creator to support the development of engaging, bite-sized training content. This project-based role will focus on producing high-quality digital learning videos using a range of production techniques. The ideal candidate is highly organised, creative, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables within agreed timelines. They will have experience in digital content production, design, animation, or learning media creation and be confident working within established brand guidelines to deliver professional and engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce short‑form digital training videos and learning assets.
- Create content using a variety of formats and styles, including:
- Screen recordings and demonstrations
- Animated explainer videos
- Motion graphics
- Multimedia learning content
- Collaborate across Union departments and subject matter experts to translate information into engaging, learner‑focused content.
- Manage assigned workload effectively and deliver project milestones to agreed deadlines.
- Edit and refine video content to ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility standards are met.
- Apply branding, style guides, and visual standards consistently across all outputs.
- Review and incorporate feedback from stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Maintain organised project files and documentation to support efficient delivery.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with video editing, animation, and/or content creation tools.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Experience creating voice‑over or narrated content.
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
