A secondary school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated SENDCO to join from April or September 2026. The role involves leading the strategic development of the Academy's SEND provision, coordinating support for students with SEND, and working with external agencies to enhance student achievement.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing alternative provision and leading professional development for around 30 support staff. This is a key role in furthering the excellent practices of our Learning Support department.
