Buckinghamshire secondary school is seeking a SENDCO to join from April or September 2026. The role requires leading the strategic development of the Academy's SEND provision, overseeing support for students with SEND, and coordinating with external agencies, specialist teachers, educational psychologists, SALT, etc., with the aim of raising student achievement. They will also be responsible for overseeing alternative provision, EAL delivery, exams access and leading CPD for the department, which consists of around 30 support staff. The successful applicant will play a part in furthering the excellent practice recognised in our Learning Support department.
