MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and groom the product backlog to prioritize each sprint for maximum value and rapid delivery.
- Act as the voice of the business to the product team and help resolve impediments.
- Find innovative product solutions through procurement or development to deliver business value.
- Lead and support the product team during sprint playbacks to meet business expectations and align delivery with requirements.
- Facilitate sprint retrospectives to address impediments, improve processes, and maximize team velocity without compromising quality.
- Ensure all backlog items meet the definition of ready before entering a sprint (sized, complete stories, agreed acceptance criteria) and meet the definition of done before sprint demos.
- Serve as the product SME by communicating product value, features, and benefits to the business.
- Support the Product line strategy owner in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, including identifying new opportunities for delivering business value and contributing to solution design.
- Represent the product team to leadership, identifying challenges and opportunities to enhance the agile process and team effectiveness.
- Advocate for the team and promote its activities and successes.
- Maintain continuous personal learning to stay relevant with current and emerging technologies.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience / project management experience.
- Experience with Rockwell Factory Talk, Aveva MES, Aveva SCADA, Aveva System Platform, InTouch, and/or industrial control systems; Rockwell Automation and/or Siemens PLCs.
- Understanding of MES software development lifecycle and support methodologies.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, system migrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, FAT, and SAT for MES/SCADA projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of networking topologies (Ethernet, serial, wireless) is preferred.
- Experience with databases, especially Microsoft SQL, is preferred.
