This job opportunity is for a Resident Liaison Officer at Fairhive in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, with a salary of ÂŁ33,083 per annum. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the housing community.
As a valued team member, you will play an essential role in our daily operations where no two days are the same. Your contributions will help the team deliver on our goals and contribute to Fairhive’s overall success. The role will require teamwork and collaboration, so if you have previous relevant experience and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with residents and leaseholders before, during and after planned and investment works.
- Organising and undertaking decants and recants where appropriate or needed.
- Attending contractor meetings and taking on responsibilities for resident queries, issues and feedback.
- Dealing with non-access issues, passing hoarding and welfare referrals to the Housing Team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to have difficult conversations.
- Good organisational, time management, administrative and prioritisation skills.
This role will require a Standard DBS check.
