Location: Secondary school, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Are you a qualified English Teacher or English Specialist looking for a long-term contract in the new year with a wonderful secondary school based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire?

Academics Ltd are working with a \’Good\’ school in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint an English Teacher to join them from January 2026 teaching and delivering English. We are looking to appoint a fully qualified teacher (with QTS) or an English Specialist who is passionate about their subject and is a great practitioner with high expectations and good classroom management.

This is also a great opportunity for someone who is looking to go down the teaching route.

The school are looking for a teacher who –

• Has a desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our students

English Teacher requirements –

• Degree in English or related field
• Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or QTS
• Experience with online teaching platforms
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
