We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Behaviour Support Lead to join a specialist provision in Aylesbury for a two-term role starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional to take on a highly influential position supporting vulnerable young people with significant behavioural and emotional needs in Aylesbury.

The right candidate will bring either Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) experience or substantial experience working with complex and challenging behaviours, alongside a proven ability to collaborate with external agencies, families, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
