Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Training Services Lead (Job-Share) to oversee strategic and operational delivery of commissioned mental health training across Buckinghamshire and East Berkshire. You will identify funding opportunities, develop new content, marketing, training delivery, contract management and evaluating impact.
The role is part-time (30 hours/week) with a hybrid working model from High Wycombe and travel across the region. Salary £29,795 FTE, pro rata actual £24,158.11.
