The Community Connector is responsible for supporting patients to access a wide range of community services and resources including social care, housing, family, debt and employment counselling that support maintaining good health and wellbeing.
About Us: Buckinghamshire Mind is an independent charity providing trusted mental health services to our communities. We are affiliated with National Mind and are part of a network of over 100 Local Minds. We promote wellbeing and recovery; we prevent mental ill health; we offer talking therapies and we provide support in times of crisis.
