Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Safe Haven Team Lead to supervise a small team of Mental Health Crisis Support Workers for our out-of-hours Safe Haven service in Aylesbury.
The role is 13 hours per week (Wed/Thu 6pm-12am) with a permanent, part-time contract.
You will lead, support and develop staff, provide a calming entry point for service users, and collaborate with partners to promote effective crisis care while adhering to our values.
