Bucks Futsal Club CIC, founded in March 2023, is a Community Interest Company dedicated to promoting futsal across Buckinghamshire and beyond. As the senior team arm of A Star Futsal Club, we create pathways for youth players and welcome new talent from the local community. Our mission is to foster a love for the sport by providing an inclusive, competitive, and high-quality environment. We aim to nurture player development and contribute to the growth of futsal at both regional and national levels.

Bucks Futsal Club Youth is looking for passionate and committed Futsal Coaches to join our growing programme. You’ll work with young players aged 6–16, delivering engaging, player-centred futsal sessions that focus on skill development, decision-making, and love of the game — in a positive and inclusive environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience coaching football or futsal (futsal-specific experience desirable but not essential)
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and great with young players
- Shares our values around development, enjoyment, and community
- Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant coaching qualifications and safeguarding checks
