Bucks Futsal Club CIC, founded in March 2023, is a Community Interest Company dedicated to promoting futsal across Buckinghamshire and beyond. As the senior team arm of A Star Futsal Club, we create pathways for youth players and welcome new talent from the local community. Our mission is to foster a love for the sport by providing an inclusive, competitive, and high-quality environment. We aim to nurture player development and contribute to the growth of futsal at both regional and national levels.

Age Groups: U6–U16

Bucks Futsal Club Youth is looking for passionate and committed Futsal Coaches to join our growing programme. You’ll work with young players aged 6–16, delivering engaging, player-centred futsal sessions that focus on skill development, decision-making, and love of the game — in a positive and inclusive environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience coaching football or futsal (futsal-specific experience desirable but not essential)
  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and great with young players
  • Shares our values around development, enjoyment, and community
  • Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant coaching qualifications and safeguarding checks
