We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's growing team based in Twyford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both internal teams and customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that sales orders and contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, playing a key role in supporting the business and maintaining excellent service standards.

Duties include:

  • Accurately process sales orders
  • Ensure all customer information, pricing, VAT, and delivery details are correct
  • Validate orders against customer purchase orders (POs)
  • Raise purchase orders with suppliers and confirm accurate pricing
  • Track and communicate delivery updates (ETA) to customers
  • Invoice completed orders and maintain accurate system records
  • Assist Sales and Helpdesk teams with queries and support requests
  • Produce reports as required and monitor order progress
  • Process new and renewal contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and correctly recorded

Skills and Experience:

  • Highly detail-driven with excellent accuracy
  • Proactive with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • A fast learner who takes initiative
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
