We're looking for a confident and personable Membership Services Officer to join our client, a well-established charity supporting member organisations. You'll play a key role in guiding, advising and supporting members' charities to help them thrive and operate effectively. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a real difference, this could be the ideal role for you!

Salary up to £31k (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm Office-based in Windsor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and delivering engaging events for member charities
  • Responding promptly to member enquiries by phone and email
  • Carrying out Charity Health Checks covering governance and operations
  • Supporting charities experiencing difficulties, working closely with the Head of Member Services
  • Identifying members who may need additional direct support
  • Providing administrative and event support
Key Skills:
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Friendly, warm and approachable with a team-focused mindset
  • Project or event management experience
  • Charity sector experience a plus
  • Driving license and access to car is essential
