Our client, a global company near Marlow, is looking for a Service Delivery Executive to join them. The Service Delivery Team is responsible for customer service, sales support, event organisation and administration and generally assists the sales team with any operational duties. The right candidate will provide exceptional service to new and existing clients whilst being committed, flexible and motivated. This role is challenging, varied and rewarding and comes with career development. The company are looking for someone they can develop in the future and take on more responsibility and they also offer up to £4200 in bonuses per year and great benefits. Hybrid role – 2 days in the office and 3 from home, although this may be the other way around whilst training. Key Responsibilities * Processing customer bookings and payments * Liaising with clients on course updates * Providing an after sales support for clients * Dealing with customer feedback and complaints * Assisting with the planning, organisation, management of events * Booking facilitators travel and accommodation * Ensuring all training materials are couriered on time * Help out with adhoc administration Key Skills * At least 2 years in a customer service or sales support position * Proficient written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload * Experience with Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word and Excel Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
