The predicted salary is between 29250 - 35750 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and customer-focused Senior Administrator to join our client's growing team. This is a varied role where you will manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every order is processed accurately, on time and to the highest standard. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, couriers and colleagues to coordinate orders and provide excellent service throughout the process. The role is office based Monday to Friday 8.30-5 and comes with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
  • Manage customer orders from quotation through to dispatch
  • Verify product specifications, sizing, pricing and branding details
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers and production teams
  • Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules and order deadlines
  • Resolve order queries, delays, shortages and returns
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Support colleagues and contribute to improving internal processes

Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience using an ERP, order-processing or order-management system
  • Experience managing customer orders from quotation through to dispatch
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence learning and using new software systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
